The Meaning Behind the Design

Every element of The Heart-Space Hoodie was intentionally placed to carry meaning. Nothing is simply decorative — the words, symbols, placement, all contribute to the intention of the piece. 

The Heart 

The oversized heart rests over the chest as a visual reminder to return to your heart space. Its placement represents connection — to the love within you, to the energy of the heart chakra, and to the practice of letting your heart lead. 

“I Am Unconditional Love”

Placed prominently on the front pocket, this affirmation was designed to be seen — by you and by the people you encounter. Whether you catch your reflection in a mirror or simply look down throughout your day, the words offer a recurring reminder that unconditional love is not something you have to search for. It is something you can recognize, embody, and extend from within. 

Heart Chakra + Anahata 

One sleeve carries the words “Heart Chakra” while the other carries “Anahata”, the Sanskrit name traditionally associated with the heart chakra, accompanied by its symbol. Including both connects the familiar English expression with the tradition from which the concept originates. Their placement along the arms allows the meaning of The Heart-Space Hoodie to extend throughout the garment rather than exist only at its center. 

Zynliani™️

Zynliani is more than the name of the brand — it carries a deeply personal meaning. Zyn comes from my daughter’s middle name and also connects, for me, to the idea of zen: peace, stillness, and inner calm — qualities that naturally align with the energy of the heart space. The L represents the first initial of my name, Lyric, while iani, draws from most of Jianni, my daughter’s first name. Together, the name represents both of us while carrying the energy of peace at its foundation. Its placement at the top of the hoodie allows the name — and the story behind it — to have a space of its own. 

The Lotus

The lotus — the symbol of Zynliani™️ — takes center space on the back of the hoodie as a representation of transformation. The lotus grows through darkness and rises before opening into something beautiful. It reflects the growth that often happens quietly: the inner work, refinement, and becoming that may go unseen before eventually blossoming outward for the world to witness. 

“I Am Peace” + “ I Am Light”

These affirmations complete the back of the design. “I Am Peace” represents the inner stillness that can emerge when we return to love rather than resistance. “I Am Light” is a reminder of the presence, warmth, and life we carry within us — and of our ability to let that light move outward into the spaces we enter. 

Sage Green

The sage green color was chosen to complement the intention of the piece with a soft, grounded visual presence. Its light, calming quality reflects the softness, openness, and ease at the center of the Heart-Space experience.

Together, these details transform The Heart-Space Hoodie into more than something you wear. They create a wearable collection of reminders — to return to love, remain present, honor your growth, and let your heart lead. 

A Note on Affirmation Placement

Each hoodie features the affirmations “I AM PEACE” and “I AM LIGHT.” Due to our production process, the order of these affirmations may vary between garments. All other design elements, materials, and craftsmanship remain the same.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be thoughtfully packaged and shipped. Tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.  

If your piece doesn’t feel fully aligned, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unworn and in original condition.
