At Zynliani™, each order is prepared with intention and care. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines to support a smooth and transparent delivery experience.


Pre-Order Information

This piece is part of our first offering, available as a pre-order and created with intention in limited quantities.

Orders will begin fulfillment in July once production is complete. After fulfillment, orders will ship within 3-5 business days. 

 

Processing Time

Processing begins when fulfillment starts in July.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

During high-volume periods or limited drops, shipment timing may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each piece.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Zynliani™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Zynliani™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local carrier
  • Filing a claim directly with the shipping provider

We are happy to assist with guidance if needed.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will review your request and make it right.
