At Zynliani™, each order is prepared with intention and care. Below you will find our shipping guidelines to support a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. 

Please note that delivery/transit time is separate from our 7-10 business day processing period and will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation has been received.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Zynliani™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Zynliani™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local carrier
  • Filing a claim directly with the shipping provider

We are happy to assist with guidance if needed.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Zynliani™️ due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, we will contact your regarding the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again. 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will review your request and make it right.
