At Zynliani™️, each piece is created with intention, care, and high-quality materials. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be free of odors, stains, or damage
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Zynliani™️ is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

- Place a new order for the desired item

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
